Sunset Fruit and Vegetable Packing Company launched its new website www.sunsetfruitandvegetable.com with 360 Professional Services Group.

Sunset Fruit is a locally owned and operated business that was originally founded in Buffalo, New York as a tomato packing house on the corner of Clinton and Bailey. Today they specialize in providing fresh produce and other food service products to grocery and convenient stores, restaurants, schools, nursing homes, hospitals and other wholesalers.

In need of a website that would help Sunset Fruit better cater to their customers' needs, the designers at 360 PSG delivered a custom graphic design that showcases Sunset Fruit's fresh produce and allows them to easily communicate with their clients in Buffalo, Lake Ontario, Rochester, Pennsylvania, and everywhere in between.

To streamline their ordering process, 360 PSG's programming team used aspects of Fission Storefront and Fission Membership Manager to develop a password protected, custom product catalog where Sunset Fruit's clients may login, view a complete inventory of fresh produce and food service items, and place their orders. Sunset Fruit's new ordering system also allows customers to easily place repeat orders with a "shopping list" feature that recalls commonly purchased items.

With the Fission Content Management System (CMS), Sunset Fruit has the ability to create, update, and edit an unlimited number of content pages at any time, from any computer with internet access.

Sunset Fruit's new website operates on the Fission Web System, which contains built-in search engine optimization tools that have the potential to improve visibility online and increase search engine ranking.

Sunset Fruit's new site is hosted on 360 PSG's secure servers at their business class datacenter just outside of Buffalo, NY in Amherst.
